Rental Policies & Fees
The Augusta Curtis Cultural Center, Inc., at no additional cost to the renter, will provide:
- Chairs and Tables
- Interior Supervision
- Set-up and Clean-up
- Linens available at additional cost
The renter agrees to use our facility as is. A rental contract is to be signed a minimum of 30 days in advance to reserve the space. All plans of use must be reviewed and approved by the director. We reserve the right to refuse requests for use if considered unsuitable.
Table and display layouts must be approved by the director no later than one week in advance. The renter is responsible for flowers, decorations, party supplies, etc., and must schedule delivery times with ACCC at least two days in advance. Due to the historic nature of the building, decorations or materials cannot be taped, glued, nailed or attached to the building without prior permission from the director. Renters must complete and sign rental inspection forms prior to their event and are responsible for the final condition of the building.
